Detailed Job Description

1. System engineering for Port & material handling equipment knowing machine philosophy.
2. Preparation of engineering documentation, SLD, three-line diagram.
3. Making BOM and specification of HT Panel, Load break Switch, Dry type transformer, E-Room, Fire detection and suppression system, pull cord switch, belt sway switch, Zero speed switch, Chute jamming switches, TILT TYPE LEVEL SWITCH, various end limit switches, luffing and slewing limit switches, anemometer, inclinometer and various such instruments in port & BMH machine applications.
4. Preparing operation philosophy of hydraulic power packs which are in scope of suppliers, the engineering actuation and power schematic so on.
5. Preparation of Power and control cable scheduling, cable routing, BOM of the required material along with cable trays, lugs, sleeves so on.
6. Interacting with customer and end user for the drawing approvals & system engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse customer requirements and provide technical solutions for factory automation systems.
• Design and develop automation applications using PLC, HMI, Servo and industrial control systems products.
• Prepare technical proposals, system architecture, and solution documentation.
• On site commissioning of products and complete projects
• Support Channel partner & Client engineers.
• Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to customers and sales teams.
• Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and training for customers.
• Support system integration, commissioning, and troubleshooting at customer sites.
• Strong self driven to resolve issues and troubleshooting with analysis of issues and provide solutions to Customers.
• Must know Motion control system, servo application.
• Strong knowledge of servo systems and hands-on experience with motion control applications is essential.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of automation projects.
• Develop application notes, manuals, and technical documentation.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in industrial automation and Industry 4.0 technologies.
• Candidates have worked for OEM machines in packaging, Pharma, Textile, machines tool industries.
